how to relieve my stress?

Go to a park or garden or take a walk in the woods. Observe the nature all around. Listen to the chirping of birds. Watch children playing and relax by lying on the grass. Look at the beautiful patterns of the clouds and sing a favorite song or listen to it. Repeat it every day. Remember to spend time for yourselves every day and you will not be stressed or over worked.
