Five steps for easy concentration



1. Do not try to control the mind, let go. Stop thinking too hard and just view the nature like watching a movie. Nobody tries to think when watching a film, they just enjoy the film and get involved in it. Likewise just appreciate the beauty of birds chirping, the blue sky, frogs jumping or children playing around.



2. Read silently. Reading aloud disturbs the concentration of the mind.



3. Select a lonely spot. Sitting in a place where people have heated discussions, in the room where the television set is blaring etc; is not going to help concentration.



4. Contemplate on what you have read after a while and try to make a mental list of important points.



5. Practice this daily to get satisfying results.
